Chalice

The chalice is cylindrical, the rims are slightly widened, the shirt is solid with three embossed oval-shaped medallions (Crucifixion with attendants, St. Anthony of the Caves, St. Theodosius of the Caves). The handle of the chalice is pear-shaped with three round embossed medallions (Christ before Pilate, Christ before Anna, Prayer for the Chalice). The large convex tray with three oval embossed medallions (Flagging of Christ, Resurrection of Christ, Laying in the Coffin). The border of all the chalice medallions is cartouche-shaped with a background in the form of scales. The surface of the chalice is canfarene, embossed with heads with wings, bunches of fruits and flowers on ribbons, as well as acanthus leaves. At the bottom there is an engraved inscription: “THE BOTTLE MADE BY THE REPUBLIC OF PASTOR OF HIS HEROES TIM BLYUSTITIL TO PEER: YEAR 1751:.” The stamp of the master M.
