During this walking tour, we will explore new ways of understanding the Lavra—not only as a place of pilgrimage, but also as a space where a thousand years of Ukrainian history were forged, and where the ideas of our identity and unity took shape.
You will walk through the Lavra of the Pechersk saints and archimandrites, hetmans and military leaders, artists and writers. You will feel pride in your own history and understand what shapes our Ukrainian identity today and what contribution each of us can make to the future of spirituality, art, and science.
